I needed the training but i was unconscious of my need prior to completing the course

Enough information in a reasonably short time to help understand this subject and give me an awareness of how to acknowledge my unconscious bias or why others may deal with situations.

Easy to understand
There was lots of information but it was broken down in easy to understand sections and was on a level that wouldn't confuse. There wasn't too much information either which can be hard to follow after a while.
