Great advice
Although I don't like conflict, I would really like to put this into practise! If the situation arises, I would very much follow this advice. I think that it was a very good, in-depth, eye-opening presentation of ideas.
Visual and engaging
The course is presented in clear and engaging approach. The use of visual diagrams and demonstrations throughout are supportive in concreting the learning aims and outcomes.
Excellent, practical and informative
I felt this was a great course! informative, interesting. I enjoyed the resources and thoughts sections and have downloaded the templates supplied to use at work. Not too easy nor too hard, just spot on and really useful. I will recommend other managers where I work do this training. Thankyou!

An easy going short course. Pitch perfect at both tone and content. Small bite size chapters that flow and punctuate.

Really useful in lots of situations
Very interesting course. Hints and tips which would come in useful not only at work but whenever there’s conflict – like a family argument or making a complaint about poor service you received.
