This is a beginners course!
This course is too basic for those that already work in customer services, (or it should be), but worth reminding all company departments that customer service like health and safety is the responsibility of all and not just people that buy our products experience customer service.

Effective Course
It's amazing how this short training gives so much valuable information about customer service. I enjoyed it :-)
Very easy to follow/understand.
The course focused on the core basics of customer service and what customers really want. It was easy to follow & digest and I liked the knowledge check questions at the end of each section, followed by the test at the end, I think the test at the end could have been a little longer (just to really test delegates!)
Not useful
I'm not customer facing so this course is time consuming and irrelevant.
To long and laid our in too many section
It took a long time to complete and was made even more daunting by the fact that it was in 22 sections!
