Ideal for anyone in customer services
This is a good well presented course. It is relatable for office and field based staff also telephone and customer facing roles.

This course is very good for an employee to understand the basic knowldge and information about the work that is related to every day task and duties by following the skill that to reached in the coursr help more for making good relationship with customer and employee . Simply it is win and win way for service taker and service provider.

10ft is very close in covid world, also it will be down to the manager to call the police, we saw in the summer that staff wanted to call the police into a family part of the resort when they were not actually required, customer service was.
