The course was very informative
The course was very informative and clear and easy to navigate although I believe that when taking the test you should be able to select the answer and then submit it as a couple of the tests I have done I have lost a mark or two for accidentally pressing the wrong answer whilst trying to see the other answers by swiping up and down on my phone

After six decades of dealing with truculent and abusive people the I found it good to learn that I hadn’t been doing too much wrong. The course is a good refresher if you should become struck down with Alzheimer’s!
