Customer service course or training is good because it keeps one refresh to days activity. Communication with customer is key.

Very clear explanations

I enjoyed the course and the practical activities provided throughout. The trainer was very clear and gave lots of examples how to provide very good customer service. The training will help me in my d role at NewVic Six Form College.
