Useful and a good refresher
It is really helpful to refresh yourself on all Customer Service Tools even when in a profession for over 30 years plus due to ever changing life situations.

Good foundation to CS
Please note that as I used to head Customer services for blue chip companies in my former life – this course was 'teaching me to suck eggs' in a polite way. Some stats have changed and obviously social media forms a huge impact however there was nothing in this course that I really didn't know, or in fact could have added content to.
