Simple and concise

Excellent summary of the essentials we need to provide a five star service to our customers

clear, easy to follow and understand

interesting and informative, gave clear advice and didnt expect people to be perfect but to make progress as they learn

Pleasantly suprised

Went in with a bit of a negative attitude but found that I learned a thing or two I can take with me into the future. I found the text summaries at the end of each video helpful for engaging with its core message. The length was about right. Much longer would have had diminishing benefits.

Great training

Great to learn new ideas, and re-fresh some old things you use in your day to day activities.

too many slides yawn

the above in a few words is typical of E Learning the presentation is wordy, dry and overlong. John Cleese make many a training video and used humour to keep the pupils attention! However most days I am myself very easy going with customers but have the occasional moment where the lack of printed information results in the same questions asked by customers, a result of the company trying to 'tidy' the shop with few notices giving information. Feedback is difficult as contractors are pretty much second class to comapny employees

A very interesting course.

The course highlighted and confirmed many of the practices I use to communicate with customers, it was reassuring to compare with my own methods.

Simple but informative

Good, informative course. I like the structure of these courses.

Very good.

Clear, well presented.

A very useful introductory course – clear, well presented and I liked that the presentation materials were also scripted. Maybe a few more in-course exercises and knowledge checks would help?
