Great Course

The course goes into great depth for the student to understand what the benefits are of good customer service. It clearly breaks down in segments and sections so that the student can understand each field.

Common sense in general.

Enjoyed doing it and a bit annoyed didn’t get 100%.

Opinion based.

On average it takes people 7 seconds to 1 minuet to form an opinion of you as it varies from person to person. Also when you're providing a service in general people would pay more for better quality service however when a customer are buying a product from you're facility they would usually look for the items that are provided at a cheaper rate.
