The customer service training course is a good reminder of how not to let good customer service slip. Some of the content might be seen as common sense, but it always good to be reminded of how to best deal with customer facing situations. Thank you.

Good content, well delivered
The content and delivery was great, it just didn't really apply to the position I was applying to. A good general customer service video but a little too vague in relation to the area of customer service. Needs to be maybe a couple of different videos for different customer service roles
