Good refresher

A good way to refresh your memory on customer service.

Common sense

It all seemed like common sense to me but useful never the less.

Interesting using the video format

I am used to a more text heavy version of eLearning in my previous employers courses so the use of video was refreshing and worked well for the particular subject matter.
