I found this course gave me a lot of information which I can use for the future.

The information provided was kinda good

but the overall problem with it is that most of the information being said during the course was already known to me and not having the ability to skip over some of the videos was really frustrating

I found the customer service training very interesting but some of the questions were hard

Enjoyable enough

Pretty straightforward, however some handy little tips and tricks to take onboard. May have liked slightly more interactivity throughout the course to break up consecutive videos and listening.
