Really challenging but rewarding and useful

Although it was a mandatory exercise, it was enjoyable, informative and really added to my existing knowledge. the slides were short and not too complicated ir detailed.

An accessable course which covers all of the basic information to get you up and running as a food handler. Lots of downloadable content to use at a later date.

A good course with lots of information not just relevent in a working enviroment but in every day life as well.
