It's a good basic course that gives you the key information required to work effectively within a kitchen and with food, it gives you details of legislation and how to follow it within a workplace, or within the home, keeping customers and family safe. It covers a wide range of sub-topics and is interesting. I would recommend this course to anyone starting out and interested in working in the Hospitality and customer service industry.
