Detailed information about maintaining high level of hygiene when handling food

The vidios exsplained every topic thoughtfully and gave time to understand, felt was given plenty of time to do answers in final test

Everything appeared to be covered if you were working in a business with excellent facilities and equipment. Learning was applicable / transferrable to other settings, however, I'm from a community food project background, so would love to see a course tailored to the needs of this sector, who will potentially have fewer or limited facilities, resources, equipment & budget for materials etc. and how to overcome these hurdles.
