I am sure this is very useful.
I am sure this is very useful for those with no knowledge of food hygiene and for those who will be working in a commercial restaurant, but for me who will not be in the kitchen and only helping with serving/clearing it does seem a little over the top!

It's highly must do course to combat the perils of food poisoning. The course is an eye opener on what you must and must not do in handling foods.
