Very lengthy, detailed & lots to information to absorb

Found bits not told but given a question on especially early on in course but otherwise own commonsence got me through enjoyed it

Interesting and informative good that you can go back and listen again.Enjoyed it.

I enjoyed completing this training and found it worthwhile use of time. I'm sure my awareness of food handling issues has been increased and will be of use at home as well as when volunteering in a local cafe + kitchen.

I liked the videos. A lot to take in – I am a visual learner and I like graphics to support the oral presentation. I liked the videos. I appreciate some people prefer just someone talking with minimal graphics.
