An excellent course, pertinent and informative, very clear.

Informative & well-presented

A well-prepared overall view of what is required. The additional material is useful, especially the PDFs. However, the legislation information is “hidden” in lists, referred to by letters/dates, giving no indication of relevant content. A note, indicating relevance to managers, personnel I/c policy, would preclude the endless (and fruitless, in my case) search for information. The Covid 19 information is interesting -when you find it – so a wee guidance note in the blue box would help. And, lastly, the choice of word in a) of the final question. “After” implies you start the task and suddenly remember to wash your hands. “Before” would suffice and “when” would be better!

I enjoy doing these tests and it should be compulsory where ever food is being prepared and served and it would be great if we had more food inspectors to randomly check kitchens up and down the country

easy to follow

This online course was easy to follow. The videos were clear and gave you all the information required. I liked that you could re-watch a video if you wanted to to ensure you understood the information given.
