Useful and Practical
I recently completed the Fraud Prevention Certificate course, and I found it informative and practical. The course teaches the different types of fraud, common red flags, and best practices for preventing and detecting fraudulent activities. I appreciated the real-world examples and interactive elements, which made complex concepts easy to understand. Overall, this course made me aware of fraud risks and gave me the tools to help protect my organisation.
The training was delivered by trainer in a very clear and concise way.
I went into this course thinking I knew it all, turns out, I didn’t! The trainer was absolutely brilliant: engaging, knowledgeable, clear and I was engaged throughout. I genuinely learned new things that I’ll be taking back into my day-to-day work. Highly recommended for anyone who thinks they’ve got fraud prevention covered — you might be surprised!
Overall, it was a valuable session, and with a slightly shorter duration, it could be even more impactful.
