Good course to take

Helps notice that everyone sees and feels things differently. Even when its a joint task everyone can have anxiety but can be positive or negative

Unlikely to be effective in real life

As someone who has recently had a mental breakdown through anxiety and depression, my only suggestion would be to find help fast. This course places far too much emphasis on facing your problems alone.

Short but Sweet

This is a well-structured course that serves as a good introduction to the topic of managing anxiety. The explanations are very good and the examples are relevant – it is admittedly hard to pack enough information on anxiety in a 30-minute course but the creators did a good job.

The multiple choice test

During the multiple choice test there is no option to change your mind on the answer before continuing. So for example if I chose answer A but then decided I wanted to change my answer to C it's not possible. Your immediate answer is accepted.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND

a great insight to understanding and managing anxiety. As the course describes, it will take practice and patience to administer the techniques that was very easy to follow.
