Basically informative
The course is basically informative with some useful information for anyone who has no knowledge whatsoever about mental health (although it should be noted that Dementia is a neurological illness, NOT a mental health illness). It's good to be able to listen to a UK accent instead of an American one. Unfortunately it does come across as somewhat condescending. Strange not to see any specifically biblical options in the 'alternative therapies' offered in the Mental Health and Wellbeing booklet. Many Christians would have genuine problems accepting help from other sources.

A fantastic insight into mental health
Everyone should do training like this. It gives an amazing insight into what mental health is, especially in removing the stigma that surrounds it. It shows how simple things can be so effective in helping with your own mental health as well as the importance of talking to people about how you feel.
