This course is great as I suffer with Mental health. It gives useful information and will be a great help for others. It’s also very encouraging

Good follow on from Stress Awareness!

Course dovetailed well with the Stress Awareness Course with minimal overlap. I personally found the course helpful in view of the type of work I will be doing around trauma healing in my new role.

The reason I like this course because its help me personally to recognise the effect of mental health, I left the army 10 years ago I didn't know that I had this problem. But now I can know how to do when it's happened again….brilliant course it's helps alot…Thanks

It is a good course

The course motivate you in such a way it boost up your confidence level in maintaining your mental health. Its encouraging you to live a healthy lifestyle.

Excellent and very informative

This was an excellent training session, a lot of content and clarification of actual mental health issues and how to recognize, tools to use to change mind set, and being aware it is OK to reach out and ask for help. In today's world with all the complexities and demands the content of this training hits home and a benefit to all.
