Makes you very aware

Many people suffer in silence it's nice to know there is help out there if you need it

Long winded

Succinct but informative

My daughter is a psychologist so I have some idea as to how complicated this topic is but the course gets the balance just right: highlighting the key messages, providing useful tools and helping to break down barriers.

Very informative & interesting

The information & advice given in this course is very helpful & I have used several of them in the past & still use some now. Sometimes though the help you look for isn't always as forth coming as you'd hoped ( employers), this can then cause more worries & stresses.

It was a clear course with good videos

Basic introduction

Like the way info was presented – realk people speaking mixed with graphics. Content was a bit basic but understand it depends on your professional background. Think the treatments were all a bit general. CBT presented as a bit of a cure all. I think it didn't differentiate enough between very serious depressive disorders and other disorders like schitzophrenia/bipolar. It was more wellbeing focused. PTSD symptoms presented as similar to other disorders, the differences weren't clear, e.g. increased startle response. I did enjoy it though and the resources for further reading look intereseting.

Found this course extremely useful.
