Got me thinking about everyday life

Very relatable course.

Amazing course and hit home in a major way. I hope that people take on board the information in the course and make a positive future for them and their team.

I found it useful

I am now more aware of the different types of mental illnesses and how i can implement a more positive mindset. For example, breathing exercises.

Always a good thing

Mental health awareness is always a good thing, and like emotional, physical and spiritual health is important for life and livelihood. Good resources are available along with the main material. However, the spiritual aspect of maintaining good mental health is poorly represented unless you are Buddhist or some such and are happy to try yoga or guided meditation to empty the mind which is contrary to other spiritual practices. That being said the focus on what the individual can do is healthy. I am also aware that this is about maintaining good mental health so that work contribution is maintained.
