Maybe address if you enjoy your job and not just if it is pressurizing. It can be difficult to have the confidence to look for something more enjoyable if feeling depressed but by doing a job you enjoy will make you feel better.

Found this course really interesting – good insight to mental health awareness. Has reminded me to take notice for when any negative thought patterns arise from time to time to aim to change them to a positive thought to improve mental wellbeing.

it a very good course it have increase my understand of mental health and been a mental wellbeing first aider in the unit it give me a good ideas how help my fellow colleague who ever been refers to me or can help anybody i see those type sign of depression and other related mental issue
