some areas open to question

concerned that you made reference a few times to workplaces/employers being committed to wellbeing and promoting good mental health. Not the lived experience of people in my organisation and just because they pay you for this training doesn't mean they are genuine.

Well presented and clear facts

Maybe address if you enjoy your job and not just if it is pressurizing. It can be difficult to have the confidence to look for something more enjoyable if feeling depressed but by doing a job you enjoy will make you feel better.

Lots of information to take forward for

Very informative and useful .

Not new to me

I have had a lot of experience of this subject over the years especially within my previous employment in the Military, with my peers and subordinates as well as my own circumstances

Good reminder how important it is.

Let's you know that we are not all invincible and that we should all look out for each other.

Good and concise and easy to follow

It would be nice to also have some information on how to help someone you recognise is struggling but they are not receptive to talking about it with you.

Helpful

The course is help, can help with day-to-day's life issues.

Good introduction to mental health

A good introduction to mental health issues but some real life examples and success stories would, I'm sure, be a good motivation to people who find themselves in a dark place .

Turn it down

What a boring course

The Jury is out…

Hence deducting one star! I don't think its always easy to do the things suggested when work has to be done. I learnt a few things – what CBT is and meditation is something I am already doing without having known it – yoga, regular exercise. Not a clue what a Ted talk is, so I'm off to google it!
