Good overview of issues and solutions.
This is a good course for someone who knows little about MH and the possible consequences of poor MH. I work in this field and it is an area of expertise for me, also, having worked on the borough for some years, it is boring doing the same course over and over.

It gains you a better understanding of mental health and well-being.
