While we think we can cope, this teaches you to look for the signs and will encourage you to ask for help. Its also about lifestyle changes as well, eat healthier, drink more water and get more sleep. I have recommend that this course should be taken by everyone of our 44 employees.

I have a much clearer understanding on how the negativity within the work place affects our mental health and learning how to deal with bad days and bad people.

Mental Health Awareness training is really important for everybody to understand people around us.

Many people are suffering from mental health illness in our socoiety. If we have knowledge about that we may help them and will be able to understan their unusual behaviour.
