Comprehensive course about mental health

I found the course interesting, although it contained nothing I did not already know. I felt it was more concerned with CBT as a therapy (cure all), when there are many therapies out there. CBT tends to work well with reactive depression, Anxiety and OCD, but CBT does not work well for more in-depth disorders and or past issues as it does not revisit the past. As an awareness course, it is thought provoking, albeit a little bias towards one orientation of therapy. I would have liked a more in-depth knowledge of other mental health disorders as this is what we mainly work with.

Interesting and Clear

An excellent course. Clear, simple and straightforward. The bite sized sections made it feel very accessible and manageable and the intent has given me some great tools to use.

Excellent

This course was really good, I enjoyed doing it. The layout was easy to follow and the videos were informative but in a way they will stick and I will remember them. Usually I am really bad at tests but doing this test I felt really at ease. It was a course and there was a test but it didn't feel as if it was, pleasant experience and I wish all courses were like this.

It made me aware and think of myself.

It's really important to take care of yourself, and it just made me aware of other factors that I do not suffer with, luckily but can help others.

Clear and Concise

I would recommend this as it was clear and concise and very easy to follow. I have not had a chance to look at the download yet but I am sure if it is similar to the course it is informative. I am interested in the breathing app and meditation app for my phone!

Course was very informative

It will has made me mindful in the future to take regular 5 min breaks and as made me aware that it is good to talk to someone if I feel stressed.
