Informative and helpful

I really enjoyed this training. Alot of it is probably what you know already, but it makes you think. Includes everything and is to the point. Super informative and just re-boots your view on mental health and having a positive approach to daily life. Really good!

Extremely interesting

I had thought I knew a lot about noticing and dealing with mental illness, but I didn't. This was really informative and had lots of indicators and then ways in which to help yourself and others Very well presented too

Easy to understand

Lots of interesting ideas to help support your own and other peoples mental health.

Interesting course

Would have been useful to have some hints tips to approach issues with team members family members who are affected

Very informative & well explained

I really enjoyed this training. It was very informative, well explained and gave food for thought. The graphics at times can seems a bit annoying but both speakers are very clear and have a good tome of voice. The white background can be seen as irritable, especially for people with a learning disability.

Easy to digest

Quite interesting and insightful

Important for everyone

This course is up to date and raises the importance of mental health awareness training. It highlights the key signs and symptoms of common mental health illnesses and offers guidance and strategies and how to overcome them and help others suffering from mental health illness. It should be noted that this course and the 'Mental Health in Education course' covers exactly the same material. The 'Mental Health in Education' course only contains a couple of additional slides which is relevant for educational professionals.
