Good to reflect on how you can use techniques referred to yourself, suggest to others and generally be aware to look out for everyone's mental health well being.
Basic understanding for non sufferers
Good insight for people who have never experienced this before and who would say pull yourself together, give yourself a shake, snap out of it. An illness where one size definitely doesn't fit all.
Simple approach that made perfect sense
A very useful guide which focused on numerous, yet key steps to help handle the modern pressures of a working environment. It was also a good course to take in everyday life.
