Great course, easy to understand
Great, course, easy to understand and relate to. Gave great suggestions of how we can experience mental health issues without even being aware, relates to everyday life for most people. Great suggestions on how to approve and tackle any issues you may feel. The resources are great to and are usable, thought provoking too on how you can improve your own situation in work and at home.

Really informative and covers all aspects of both mental health and well being. I found the additional resources useful and have saved the wellbeing action plan for staff if they want it. I loved the deep breathing exercise and am going to use this daily.
