Great course and very informative, but is a bit long to keep people interested.
Useful reinforcement
Much of the course is common sense and it is very useful to have a reminder of that. There are some very good tips that everyone can use immediately to think about and improve their own mental health and help those around them. Very helpful, especially at the time of dealing with COVID-19, changes to the work and home environment.
