fantatic, helpful, awareness
Shows you different ways you can support your mental health and that you are never alone.
Its informative
Its good for people that do not suffer from depression & anxiety on occasionally but when you have suffered from a child and had help with therapy and tablets sometimes its just part of your make up. You just have to learn to cope and hope that the people around you understand how that person feels sometimes and is understanding.
I found this interesting and informative

Succinct, broken into manageable section
Lots of content covered – liked the option to find further information if required.
This was a really useful course
As the Mental Health Champion in my school, it is always important to reiterate the message of STAFF mental health and wellbeing, just as we discuss CHILDREN mental health and wellbeing. This training has just the right amount of information (theory and science) and practical tips, at an easy to manage time, to go through and reflect. I found this really useful and all staff will be doing this training as part of the mental health agenda in school. A really great resource.
A great introduction to mental wellbeing
I found this course to be very informative and incredibly important for anyone interested in their own or someone else's mental health. Breaking down the stigma towards mental health is one of the biggest ways to help support those with issues and courses like this will only help to do so.
A good introduction
Very good on introduction and basic strategies. Particularly liked the add on documents and information on line links.
5 star
Good course. This enlarged my knowledge of mental health awareness. It showed how to cope with any problems I might feel but also know what to look out for about my colleagues mental health.
Very imformative
User friendly, informative and a fun interactive way to learn.
All round good,
Good in its context. Test at the end seems a bit out of place. Maybe should end with maybe do a breathing exercise etc, more on topic.
