I really enjoy this course

The course has gave me tips and points to help me when I become stressed in my own personal life and work. I have taken the points of building a good life balance of eating the right foods, exercising drinking water and especially completing the breathing exercise daily when feeling pressured. I always remember to talk to a trusted person If needed.

Very helpful advice

It was very good to understand the importance of mental wellbeing at work and in life, not just oneself but that of colleagues and family. It is helpful to know the additional info and support available.

It was set out clearly ,and really focused my mind on how I was feeling .Gave plenty of extra information if you needed it !
