Really informative and covers all aspects of both mental health and well being. I found the additional resources useful and have saved the wellbeing action plan for staff if they want it. I loved the deep breathing exercise and am going to use this daily.

Useful reinforcement

Much of the course is common sense and it is very useful to have a reminder of that. There are some very good tips that everyone can use immediately to think about and improve their own mental health and help those around them. Very helpful, especially at the time of dealing with COVID-19, changes to the work and home environment.
