Excellent course

This is an excellent course with many additional resources that can really improve your mental wellbeing. I have done the course previously and back then self-referred myself to Talking therapies and successfully completed a CBT therapy that helped massively with my anxiety. I would recommend the course to everyone, but please do check all the links and additional information as well.
