Excellent MHA Training

Excellent course to understand how the stresses of wo personal life can be brough into work and vice versa and how to take time out for breathing exercises or other tools that work best for you to minimise the stress by putting it into perspective and then allowing you to prioritise your work and get on with your day in a good place, I've downloaded the take 2 minutes app to my computer.

A helpful review of Mental Health

A helpful course, which makes you think about topics that can lead to better mental wellbeing and a happier work life. Nice that you can do a small amount each day when you have time.

Straightforward/educational

In a world today which is causing so more anxiety/stress these type of basic easy courses can certainly help those in their day to day lives with family ,friends and in the workplace. We all need put aside a few moments each day and refect on topics like so in the training provided.
