No comparison to Building Industry , CSCS health & safety certificate scheme . I passed & held the card for several years . Allowing me to work on site without any accidents .

Very good-self awareness & advice
This short course was invaluable in describing the subject of mental health and the effects on us and the practical steps we can take to help ourselves and others. One item personal to me that I would have liked to have been touched on, is the potential adverse effect that working daily in a noisy office environment can have on ones ability to concentrate and focus one's thoughts clearly and function effectively which for me resulted to leave the office environment at times during the day to seek some peace. Culmination was absence from work through the diagnosis of work related stress.

Excellent, concise and clear training.
