It was very good all round about your mental health
Great overview with practical tips
The course covers the main mental illnesses that are prevalent in the population (depression and anxiety) and encourages you to take action if you think you are affected. Also good insights for people with perfect mental health, although I think that is a very low percentage.

Informative, Relatable
Good explanations how all humans look at life, and how we are all different. Good explanations to mental health, now I understand the differences, stigma, and methods how to deal with them or friends / colleagues that need support. Good additional information I can use moving forward in my career and life.

Useful course
It would have been good to include the 5 ways to wellbeing so things like staying connected and helping others as well as sleep, exercise and diet which were mentioned.

I found this course very helpful and I have saved a few links from the video which I will keep in my favorites and refer back to. I also found the breathing techniques handy as this is something that I will be able to use if I am having a stressful moment at my desk.
