Useful course

It would have been good to include the 5 ways to wellbeing so things like staying connected and helping others as well as sleep, exercise and diet which were mentioned.

very helpful

I found this course very helpful and I have saved a few links from the video which I will keep in my favorites and refer back to. I also found the breathing techniques handy as this is something that I will be able to use if I am having a stressful moment at my desk.
