Very good presentation, missing 1 point

One thing that wasn't mentioned (or I missed it) during the presentations: It's crucial to ensure the person you're discussing your mental health or grief with is emotionally available and stable, as having such conversations with someone who isn't in a good state can lead to unproductive outcomes and potentially worsen the situation. Finding a simple way to ask if it is ok would improve many unhealthy relationships. Certainly in situations like family where it might be complicated to find the right space.

This was a very good and informative

Very informative

As i suffer from depression and currently on a phased back to work, I found this training did give food for thought. Although the "ask for help" is definitely not easy at all and i struggle with it. Some of us know what to do but knowing how horrible MH is you never want to put onto anybody as you don't know their MH status. So i found it harsh to keep saying get in touch, reach out etc.. If only it was that simple. Overall though good course

Broad coverage of a tricky topic

Very Good

Covers a good range of mental health problems and advice to improve without any pressure to make people change or try something different. We're all different and find good mental health through different means.

It is better than what I thought

It is good to know that I am good in handling my Mental Health, and it could be better. With this in mind, I am starting to explore the idea of mindfulness.

Useful information.

I think all staff should have mental health awareness training and this is a good place to start. I'd personally prefer if it wasn't just something between the person doing it and the computer. I favour training involving a human experience, in a room with others so we are able to share experiences and have an option for clarification. I understand this is not always possible. I think information is retained more where the training experience is more tangible and shared in a learning community.

Loved it

It helped to feel I need to be more thoughtful and understanding to my daughters needs and my own needs . As both suffer with mental health definitely recommend

Thorough but would work better in person

I feel that this piece of training would definitely would work better in person. If staff could do this online module in groups with a manager or supervisor, I believe that it would have a much better outcome.

Good course, disagree with test question

My test question said I was wrong for wanting to work within my comfort zone. It said I should work out of my comfort zone. I disagree.
