Excellent advice on mental health.

Found the training to be well focused and not overly long. Important points raised about stress and anxiety which many people in the workplace suffer from. Interesting tips on how to deal with a panic attack and how to breathe to calm down heart rate etc.

Informative and descriptive

The training sessions were short and easy to digest and had lots of additional resources for reference. The pace was also good, and the slides were pretty descriptive.
