Informative but didn't like the test

I feel that mental health isn't something that should have a "test". A lot of the questions were really just the person who answers opinion. Unsure if it something that can be right or wrong. Nevertheless, I enjoyed learning about other techniques to improve my mental health. Thanks for running these courses.

Very well presented – thought provoking

I was inclined to just have it on in the background, whilst trying to complete other bits of supposedly 'critical' paperwork – but, in truth, I recognised within seconds that this was something I needed to take note of. As such, I found it very useful and thought provoking. Thank You
