Makes us aware of Mindfulness.

Here we go again, just to say I thoroughly enjoy doing the course, this one in particular. I love this course and the lady presenter was fantastic and I could listen to her all day long. Again the course was very well presented and clearly explained all the main points. The course made me think and be aware of Mindfulness, so much so I borrowed a book from the local library on Mindfulness. I awarded this course 5 stars, but i rate it 11 out of 10. I found Mindfulness Training very useful. It helps to take time to look at our inner selves and how we interact with the environment from time to time. I already use some of the techniques and will continue in the future. Thank you.
