a useful summary and introduction
I found the course useful and refreshing. Although I have practised Mindfulness for a number of years for me there are still times when I may have difficulty dealing with strong emotions. Sometimes this can be in response to an interaction with a customer or colleague; managing a variety of often conflicting emotions arising as a result can be exhausting. So learning how to practice mindfulness in the moment – and not just when I am on my own and relaxed – is still a challenge. The course helped with demonstrating the importance of sensory awareness.

Very interesting course
This is an effective way to manage feelings of stress and anxiety, and can even be used as a relaxation technique for stress-anxiety This meditation technique really helped my thoughts and I felt so relaxed after the breathing exercise will start from tomorrow and take 5 mins of my day for me.
