Good, positive thinking.
This was better than the managing anxiety because it gave a lot of good, positive ways for making the mind stronger and recognising the ways that you are already strong whereas the anxiety course just made most of us recognise that we were all sufferers. Although I have managed anxiety since the age of 16 …. I found all 3 quite interesting.

Excellent course and well worth doing
The Resilience Course should be accessible to all staff whether they feel they need it or not. The tools, Pillars, focus on wellbeing are so important to maintaining a healthy life balance.
