Newly made informative videos

This training provided lots of useful information you can use both, at work and at home. I highly appreciate my company is caring about that topic. The additional information are well presented and I liked it that you could simultaneously read the transcript while listening to the video. It helps a lot to understand the main points when English is not your mother tongue.

Good

Not what I thought it was going to be thought it was a security related course not connected to mental health and wellness, however was pleasantly surprised.

Easy to navigate

Very clear and easy to follos

A handy twenty minutes.

It's short and to the point and if you approach it with a positive mindset there should be one or two things to fish out of it. Everyone could benefit from what is a handy 20 minutes.

the teaching was excellent..

I really enjoyed the training because it really taught me so much about being resilience in every aspect of my life. |It is helpful to know one do not have to let negative situation get one down but separate from opinion to fact can really put situation into perspective. Much more and it does open one mind using the training to apply to daily works wonder. Thank you.

OK, but not sure I really learnt much

The course covered an interesting topic, but I think I had covered it all in the past, so I didn't learn anything new. Maybe it was useful to think about it again, but it seemed a bit superficial and perhaps suggested that it is easy to change your outlook or approach, where I think that can be very difficult. I would have prefered to be able to choose an area where I thought I would like to develop and hone in on that in more detail.
