Thought provoking
I enjoyed this course. The content kept my attention and gave me some new ways of dealing with my thoughts and feelings. Although many of the skills they discuss I was already aware of, receiving the reinforcement made me more confident that I can develop 'myself' into becoming a more resilient person.
Good
Actually encouraged me to look at myself and my actions.
Well worthwhile doing the course
Excellent course on resilience skills and mind set, with real good examples on how to adapt a more positive outlook and self awareness , and a good toolkit on how to strengthen those skills. A common sense approach with plenty of data and tools that can be used both in your personal and professional life. A must for everyone to do to get the most out of life.
Great Course
Very good course, should help me with my feelings and thoughts to handle different tasks and to deal with various situations I might come across.
Helps you look at things differently.
It would be good if the one i got wrong at the end – you gave another opportunity to answer at the end. Overall it was a good informative course.
Interesting & Useful
I found this course very useful and educational. It has and will help me identify my own obstacles and how to overcome them. I would recommend this to anyone as I think everyone would take away something very useful from it and help them to make positive changes which would benefit them a great deal in their personal lives as well as in the workplace.
Interesting
Sometimes training on topics like this can be a bit awkward and forced but this one actually had some useful pointers and will probably be of use both now and in the future
very good
Have learnt quite a lot from the course Thank you.
Thought provoking and clear information
I liked clear examples to fully understand the ideas and techniques that can be used to achieve changes that help.
Good overall information
This course was very informative but a lot of common sense too. It made me think about how I deal with things on a day to day basis whether work or personal life related. Think this is good especially at this moment in time when most people are working from home therefore have limited contact with colleagues, gets things back into perspective again.
