Good content, poor video
The video and sound did not match up. Also one of the questions said that verbal reviews are trusted but spread slowly, or trusted and spread quickly. I went with spread slowly as good reviews do not tend to be shared with many people. The answer was that they spread quickly which I assume is with regards to bad reviews… I think this question needs the context of if its bad or good.
Great overview of Customer Services
Enjoyed the training and it kept me interested the whole way through. I like the way things were explained in small chunks and also how you could access further details to the video.
Simple to complete
The training videos are informative and having the written script as an option to follow along with is very helpful. It would help having more questions throughout the videos to test knowledge.
