Great overview of Customer Service

Easy to follow, and engaging overview of what customer service is and of all facets to it good and bad. I felt maybe a little more could have been detailed on the segment of dealing with customers who have experienced bad service and are angry/upset re escalating to your manager and having a thorough knowledge of your companies complaints procedure, but otherwise an enjoyable and informative 35 minutes.

Course was ok but for me the arm waving is distracting and does not add really emphasis. It would have been nice to have had an explanation of why a supplier is seen as a customer
