Positive and easy to follow

Still useful after many years of running my own business, then working in several different customer-facing roles in other businesses, and now 'behind the scenes' at Datasharp. Worth the 1/2 hour!

Very effective — good pace of video

Really good video – shows modern/fresh …what good customer service should be/looks like and how to achieve it.

Not enough relevant questions

The course is repeated and doesn't become more advanced just the same each time. Meant to cover all aspects of CS but I don't think there's enough content for absolute beginners to learn, andrepetitive for more experienced staff

Succinct, relevant and well-structured.

A very well thought out, structured and presented training session – clearly defined into modules with backing material readily available when needed. A logical flow relating to real life, which is spot-on!

Very Basic in content

With Sales & Customer Service Experience of over 25 years, it was a very basic course and not recommended for this level. I got 19/20 as I wasn't concentrating long enough on each question. (cocky without intent)

Great way to learn and very specific to my role

Enjoyable Training

Customer Service really does open up your eyes but if you know how to Present yourself & be polite and understanding then it takes you a long way. It helps build up your business opportunities and your self esteem. All helps along the way to progress in life. Enjoyed the training.
