Well focussed material

Material was accessible and effectively communicated. Course structure was straightforward to navigate. Test questions were securely founded in the content.

A good informative course

Only downside as with the other modules on the questions if you incorrectly answer it takes you back . It would be great to have a function where you can skip this and after re reading the part you need to, to continue your test where you left off. Very frustrating.

Very well presented & easy to understand

The combination of short videos, recap questions and written information kept this course engaging and easy to understand.

Good course.

Best in the circumstances but much prefer the courses with people running them when you can ask questions and listen to others questions.

Gets good customer service into focus.

Good course – not too long. All the key components for good customer service were explained well. This helped crystallise these requirements in the different situations, such as how to deal with an angry customer.

Very interesting course.
